I loved this book! A glittering tale woven with jet and velvet, moss and bone, it reads like the darkest kind of fairytale. It’s sumptuous and mysterious, and obsessed me until I could finish it.

When she was seven, Iris and her two sisters disappeared without a trace, only to be returned seemingly unharmed one month later. Since then, odd things seem to happen around the strange, glamorous Hollow sisters. Ten years later, when Iris’s idolised eldest sister Grey goes missing, Iris must find her, even if it means following her down a dark and dangerous path. A path that might lead to answers about what happened to them all those years ago.
