Screens down, books up!

When: Every Friday evening between 5.30 and 6.30 at Mary Martin Bookshop Southgate.

After a long week, unwind with a chill, screen-free hour of reading in the relaxing ambience of our Southbank bookshop. Lean back into a comfy deckchair, help yourself to a cup of tea, and read a chapter or two before heading home from work or into your busy weekend.

You can bring your own book, and we will also have a selection of reading copies to borrow. We will provide a comfy chair, a selection of teas and that inimitable indie bookshop atmosphere.

The only rule is no screens allowed!

No bookings required, just drop by.
