TEDDY BEAR PICNIC & STORY TIME WITH MITCHELL TOY

If you go into the market today, be sure of a big surprise….

Join us at our String Bean Alley Bookshop at the Queen Victoria Market on Love Your Bookshop Day for a very special story time and Teddy Bear picnic with children’s author and illustrator Mitchell Toy. Bring your favourite teddy bear and settle in on the picnic rug for a reading of Toy’s beautiful new picture book ‘Bear’. Face painting will also be available for a gold coin donation or for anyone who purchases a copy of Toy’s book.

This is a free event but bookings are required.

PLEASE NOTE:

Please book a ticket for each child attending. All children under 12 must be under the supervision of an accompanying adult. Accompanying adults do not require a ticket but must remain at the bookshop during the event.
